We hope you will always be delighted with the service you receive at our Canterbury salon.  All our hair stylists and beauty therapists are highly trained and aim to provide a welcoming and professional service which leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. 

We never expect any tips from our clients, but sometimes people ask us how they can leave a gratuity, especially now that people seldom carry cash.  That’s why we’ve introduced EasyTip. 

EasyTip is a quick, contactless and convenient way for you to recognise and reward great service with a tip that goes direct to the staff member.
This is how it works:

1)  Simply point your smart phone camera at the QR code you will see in salon and on the bottom of your receipt.

2)  Choose the amount you would like to tip and leave a rating.

3)  The tip will be sent instantly to the recipient.

Scan the code on your phone then follow the steps as shown in the example below
